Log carriage DGP with independent headblocks
This log carriage is designed to adapt 2D or 3D analysis systems for logs. The optimization by barrier of optical cells gives the position to each headblock for the best first cut of log or the pattern diagram in the log.

Cobrascan - intelligent technology to maximaze the raw material
Cobra edger, Star or Rex, are suited for optimized sawing with high speed. The analysis of each board is done by profilometric cells, when the board pass through them. The cells indicate precisely the wane and the best face cut. This analysis allows to cut the wane with the best raw material yield, and can be adapted to any sawmill’s products, or client’s orders.

Automatic edging line with CANTER - EDGER for boards and cants. Edger with 4 or 6 mobile blades + fixed saws into sleeve. Maximal height of cut is 150, 200 or 250 mm.

Optimization for TELETWIN
Two technologies are available:
The first is an 180° analysis of the log on the loader. The operator chooses the orientation of the log on the loader in the same time that system is sawing automatically the previous log. When the operator validates the position of the log, the loader starts the process of cutting.
The second is 3D analysis through scanner before main sawing line. In this case the log is dogged by an overhead gantry for 3D analysis and after that the log is declawed on the loader for the next dogging.
